- Sign an NDA – so we can share more confidential business information with you.
Diving Deep
- Meet in person – come visit us in person, meet the franchise management team, and speak with us directly about operating a BizSmart franchise.

- Issue you our Franchise Information Memorandum (FIM)
- Discuss franchise territory or your potential location in principle

- Give you our Intent to Proceed Letter and have you sign it
- Accept your franchise deposit
Wait for up to six weeks for you to complete your own legal

- Agreement issued – we issue you with the Franchise Agreement.
- Agreement review – you review the agreement with a lawyer.
Getting Started
- Get your Guide – your Getting Started Guide includes details about financial planning, securing funding, equipment, company formation, and more.
- Agree on timescales – we start scheduling and planning for your franchise launch.
Supporting You
- Benefit from training – our in-depth training programme starts for you and your team. After it’s complete, you’re signed off and ready to start trading.
- Get the support you need – in terms of equipment, IT systems and training, operations and processes, and more – all detailed in your FIM.
